Meaning - Gist
The Lord sundarESvara of the prosperous and beautiful town of kOvur, who is the Consort of Mother SrI saundarya nAyikA, the bestower of boons to this tyAgarAja, the Supreme Lord, and Lord Siva is holding Court with the intent of bestowing prosperity.

The celestials are worshipping Him with golden flowers of a thousand hues; the brAhmins and sanaka and other great sages are extolling the Lord.
Come, let us yearn to worship, so that our wishes could be fulfilled.

come, in order that that wishes could be fulfilled, let us yearn to worship Lord sundarESvara –
the Consort (varuni) of Mother SrI saundarya nAyikA,
the bestower of boons (varaduni) to this tyAgarAja,
the Supreme Lord (paramAtmuni), and
the Lord Siva (hara) (haruni) who is (uNDE) holding Court (koluvai) (koluvaiyuNDE) with the intent (ani) of bestowing (ittunu) prosperity (sirulu) (sirulittunani).
